About
The name Mitcha matcha comes from the phrase "mi matcha" meaning my matcha in spanish, honoring my hispanic culture. I started mitcha matcha with the purpose of being able to create drinks that people actually wanted. I am a college student pursuing a career in design, and my love for design and branding has helped me develop Mitcha matcha on my own, with efforts to create a fun culture around visiting cafes and trying new drinks.
Our matcha is imported from a Japanese tea business that was founded about 90 years ago in Shizuoka, Japan. We hand whisk all of our drinks to order, keeping the traditional matcha ritual and serving the best quality matcha to you.
